Why do Liberals get anxious breakdowns when seniors show up at afternoon Sufficient Already Rallies but turn the other eye when OWS Protestors fight & struggle with the Police, destroy non-public house, tresspass and defecate on Police Autos 24/7 ?

I’m liberal and I care not for rallies: they are all stupid. The only people who attend are unemployed, either because they are retired, by choice, or as the result of many bad choices. So they are not representative of the working majority. Rally attendees change no opinions… they are just ranting at fellow like-minded rallyers.
The Tea party folks were protesting non-existent tax hikes. I kept an open mind, but I looked at my returns and I have paid 15% of income in federal taxes for 15 years, in spite of promises of reductions and threats of increases. Over that time my salary went form 20k to 70k, so I am Mr. Middle class. 15% is OK with me.
As for the the Wall Streeters, they do have one point (even though I still say their rally is stupid). Here is what should bother you:
Rise in per capita income for top 1% of population: 75%
Rise in per capita income for nation as a whole: 9%
Percentage of American Families with no savings: 80%
Percentage of savings held by top .1% of Americans: 34%
Percentage of savings held by top 2.3% of Americans: 67%
Oh sorry I should have clarified; those stats look like today but actually: they are from 1920-1929!

when you get a huge group in one place there is bound to be 1% of them who do something stupid no matter what their political affiliation is.
but as is typical, you are lumping them all into the same group.

I haven’t heard of those T.E.A. rallies but I do remember they constantly bring up the ‘I’m not racist’ line when there was picture after picture of racist signs at Tea Party rallies.
Well, at least they have an idea of what they are protesting about unlike the seniors in the TEA Party. Don’t you remember the, “Get your government hands off my medicare” sign. To be fair, there are some confused soles in the OWS camp as well. Anyway, it doesn’t matter. A protest won’t inflict change unless you march on Washington with a unified message. Other than that, it’s just a noisy obstacle.
